Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please ensure all order details are correct at checkout.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue at info@xobrittybeauty.com. Approved cases will be reviewed for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
